Bi Meditation 1: 2008-12-23 12:00

Lower Dan Tien (3 fingers below navel, point of origin of breath):
First I felt a pulsing in my hand, which is not a common sensation and then placed the Bi on my lower Dan Tien (which is 3 fingers below navel where we breath from). Feeling of expansion. many strange impressions and vague images that I could not clarify. Some third eye visual sensations that I could not clearly define. A strange landscape, the details of which were misty, hills, desert chaparral but not like California. The land and its plants were not familiar to me.

Middle Dan Tien (Heart Chakra, center of chest):
Sensual and sexual, but in a pure way. Balanced sensual energy. Conscious of the ill effects of over population on the tribe. Sense of the Shaman as she watched over and guided the tribe.

Upper Dan Tien (Third Eye, lower center of forehead):
My thoughts turned to water, its courses and flows. Thoughts of my spring. Then an understanding that water is a gift from the heavens that provides essential benefit to all life.

Bai Hui (Top of Head):
Major expansion. New insight into breath and the listening to the breath.

Setting it down: I was falling, falling from the perspective of my center of gravity in my lower Dan Tien, but not down, rather falling into my center - a sensation I have never experienced before.

Bi Meditation 2: 2008-12-24 5:00

Lower Dan Tien:
Earth. Images of our farm animals and things to do. Images of our Llama pasture and fencing, some of which is incomplete. Images of our ducks and perhaps ways to herd them, so that they can clear snails and bugs from new areas.

Middle Dan Tien:
Confusing mix of images, perhaps from many owners. Some sense of shamans, some of upper class and even early rulers.

Upper Dan Tien:
Right away the images from the middle center are cleared up: the Bi was originally from a female Shamanic lineage. They were teachers, match makers, midwives, healers, and ceremonialists for all life's phases, including passing on.

Middle Dan Tien: again
Now amid the other images I perceive a woman wandering alone in the mountains pastures, wild and free. She collects herbs and communes with the Earth. She is worshipped by the people as the intermediary between their Earth bound existence and the heavenly realms. She is an Earth lover and Sky worshipper.

Bi Meditation 3: 2008-12-24 10:00

I see a face that is round with brown skin and black hair. Her eyes are also very dark brown, yet sparkle and shine with life energy (Chi). I see the woman dancing alone in the mountains (Chi Gong, Yin Dao). I see her teaching the people to dance, trying to free them from their lives of toil, their patterns of behavior, and their Earthly concerns. I see an old woman who mentors her. I sense a disciplic succession of women.
